I, Bryce Lingle, am the lead roaster and proprietor. I have spent the last 4 years within specialty coffee in Saint Louis. I have worked for universities, commercial chains, and private stores. Having seen the heights and diversity good coffee can offer, I now seek to bring it back home to my rural community.

I am passionate about providing specialty grade, single-origin coffee to people who have truly never experienced beautiful coffee. Roasting it in a way that honors the farmer, importer, and the coffee's potential!

My wife, Alysha, is the moral backbone of our operation. She is my biggest supporter, advisor, and a wonderful Guinea pig. She has been the greatest enabling factor in my seeking to provide the "I didn't know coffee could taste like this" experience to anyone willing to try - all while carrying our unborn daughter!
